Group/ Team Coaching
Our group and team coaching offer helps global and remote teams work more effectively together. We are set up to deliver these remotely, or in person.
Based on your specific needs, we’ll work closely with you to devise and deliver either one single session, or multiple sessions to help you to meet your goals and targets.
What is group and team coaching?
Sometimes teams just get stuck, and it can be a tough process to get unstuck. This is where coaching in a group comes in.
Using tried and tested coaching tools and approaches, we offer the team an opportunity, the space, and the structure to work through the issues that are blocking their performance. Coaching helps them identify and address the challenges and find actions needed to get ‘unstuck’ and together move on.
How does it work?
We understand that the time a group or team spends ‘off the job’ is expensive, and therefore we take time before we start work to thoroughly get to grips with your brief and plan a session/s that will provide the very best opportunity to deliver the results and performance needed.
To do this we seek to answer four simple questions:
What is it you’re trying to do/achieve?
What factors are preventing you from getting there?
What factors will help you?
What can you do to lessen the preventers and enhance the helpers?
Our approach empowers the team to solve the issue themselves, meaning they’re able to realise their collective potential.
As a team, developing more of a ‘coaching mindset’ can create a more sustainable and effective collective problem-solving approach.
How we can help.
Coaching as a group can, for some, be a daunting experience.
For a team to get the most from the process, it is vital all members are given a voice and the space to be heard. Quite often, the loudest are heard first and the quietest not at all. We create the right environment in which everyone feels comfortable contributing.
We’ll focus on the ‘what’ the team needs to achieve, but also on the ‘how’ they are achieving it. That involves challenging ineffective and acknowledging effective behaviors.
By holding up the mirror on ‘how ‘the group is working, we’re able to offer a unique insight that will help the team perform at their best; both during the session itself and back in the workplace.
We can use various ‘tools and exercises’ to help - all chosen carefully to reflect the need and dynamics of the group.
We can also tap into a range of psychometrics to offer individuals and the group the insight that can often provide the ingredients for deeper, more transformative conversations.
